Big dragonfly

I was watching birds near a lake when suddenly a big dragonfly landed next to me on a tree branch. I couldn't get any closer because it was high. This specimen is quite large, about 7 cm long. It looks like a lesser emperor dragonfly but I'm not completely sure.
