[일상] 다리찢기

집에 머무는 시간이 많아지다보니 집에서 할것을 찾아봅니다. 그러다가 발견한 다리찢기.

강사를 찾아봐야겠지요. you tube에서 검색을 해 봅니다. 국내에서는 다리찢기, 영어로는 Leg split 으로 검색을 해봅니다. 엄청나게 많은 동영상이 나오는군요.

이 중 몇몇 영상을 보면서 따라해봅니다. 엄청난 고통이 느껴지는군요. 이렇게 해서 3주면 찢을 수 있을지 상당히 의문이 듭니다.

그러다가 발견한 동영상.

이거 좋네요. 천천히 따라하면서 다리 한번 찢어보겠습니다.
