I think that the functionality is still working - IF a project can get voted above the Return Proposal. I think that it would be hope more than expectation but I think it is worth a try (although submitting a proposal costs 10 SBD, it will be there as an option for many years).

BTW, I could not follow your game service.

It's still very early in development so you would be brave to play it now 🙂
