Real Madrid won the 2021/22 Champions League this Saturday (28), beating Liverpool 1-0 in Paris, with a goal from Vinícius Júnior in the 14th minute of the 2nd half and reaching his 14th Champions League title.

The Spanish team won the competition for the 5th time in the last 9 years and further consolidated itself as the club with the most international titles in football history.

The merengue club now has 27 titles and will be able to expand that mark even further with two short tournaments that lie ahead: the Uefa Supercup and the Club World Cup.

In the list of the 10 clubs with the most titles, the second place is Al Ahly, from Egypt, which is in the final of the CAF Champions League (Africa) and could win its 24th title if it beats Wydad Casablanca, from Morocco, in the final.

which will be held this Monday, May 30th. São Paulo is the only Brazilian on this list with 12 titles, alongside River Plate. Liverpool, which has 14 titles, missed the chance to expand its gallery of international achievements and surpass Bayern Munich, which also has 14 cups.
