Hello korean friends any one of you if know english , if you are reading this post please guide me i am trying to post through https://www.steemcoinpan.com/ But the site stuck when ever i try to post from there.
The site is open and all functions are working properly but the only problem i am facing is that the system of posting is not working , so i also see messages of burn krwp, i want to burn them to get sct community free upvotes how this will function , i am totally unable to understand most of the part of this community language is in korea.
I will be thankful if some one guide me how to start in SCt from beginning to End thank you so much
