I have to agree with you, the continuity of the additional Trx rewards will be based on how the recipients will use it.

If the Steem community will value their newly aquired tokens and used it for Tron governance then TF will be more motivated to keep providing the additional Trx rewards.

Just imagine if majority of the Steem Users who are receiving Trx rewards will dump it in exchanges then TF might discontinue it.
