Terra CEO Do Kwon Faces $57 Million Lawsuit in Singapore

A new lawsuit in Singapore may target Terra co-founder Do Kwon, the Luna Foundation Guard (LFG), and Terra founding member Nicholas Platias.

Many investors have lost money as a result of numerous crypto events such as Terra and the crypto crisis this year.

Angry Investors File Lawsuit Against Do Kwon and Others

Last month, 359 Terra investors in Singapore filed a lawsuit against Kwon, Platias, and the LFG, alleging that Terra ecosystem made false claims regarding TerraUSD (UST), which was not "stable by design" and could not sustain its 1:1 peg to the US currency.
