If you send UPVU to @upvu, it will be refunded to STEEM in 1:1 ratio in between 1~4weeks.

What exactly is the benefit of having tokens UPVU?
When a refund request is received, the amount of refund request for one week is powered down at 00:00 (Korean standard) on every Monday and the refund is processed the following week. Since upvu's SP is currently 600,000, it can be processed in one week, as long as no more than 150,000 refund requests are received at the same time.
This can be an advantage for those who are burdened with investing in Steam Power.
