It's with a heart filled with joy that I make my entry into this contest, to tell us all about the place I plan on visiting towards the last quarter of the year.
OBUDU MOUNTAIN RESORT
Obudu mountain report was formally known as OBUDU Cattle Ranch. It is located in the northern part of Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria. It was developed by a Scottish rancher by name, M. McCaughley in 1951.

Entrance
The ranch over the years have set a standard of providing tourists with the best viewpoint and fresh invigorating mountain air. The topography of the ranch, the beautiful vegetation, the conducive climate condition, it's distance from the city coupled with the high quality of materials used on the ranch makes people perceive self's to be outside the shores of the country.

The ranch as a very large swimming pool with natural running water.
The ranch is sorounded by green mountain which is the home of birds and drill gorillas.

The rooms at the ranch are of different grades and their prises differ. However, I learnt they are very expressive. They have chalets, standard rooms, executive rooms, huts,and presidential suites.

For tourists that may like to visit from outside Nigeria, there is a direct flight from Lagos or Abuja to Calabar, then you can take a taxi to the ranch

Other things I have I'll like to do when I visit the ranch includes;
a. Get on the Cable car.
b. Join the mountain race.
c. Play outdoor games.
d. Get on the canopy walkway.
e. A visit to the water falls
Budget
It's clear to me that the trip to the ranch will be an expensive one. My budget is 800 steem (200,000 naira that is, if steem is 250 naira)
That will take care of all our expenses as I plan to visit with my partner to spend 4 days.
