How does one overcome depression and anxiety?
There is no single ANSWER to this question.
I was miserable 2 years ago.
I went through a heartbreak
Lost the person I loved
Lost myself trying to please everyone around me,
Lost people who were toxic for me.
Every day I used to think to myself, what did I do to deserve so much sadness?
Why me?
Why not someone else?
Those questions kept repeating! Every day in my head.
I made a decision. A Choice to change me, work on myself.
It was hard. Change is never easy, but trust me it's worth it!
I was ultra-focused on my goals.
Quit my sucky job, started Freelancing ( My story in the comments about How I scaled my income to 6 Figures )
I focused on my body!
Lost a lot of weight. Felt good about me.
The only answer to this question is, even after achieving so much, you will still have a negative voice inside you, that voice is keeping you in your comfort zone but knows that it's time to change!
Time heals everything. With time things become easier and better!
