Contest : Nature Art/Photography (Week# 2)

Ameneshoa is a natural dam and it is considered as a largest drainage system in Nsuta community. Because of human activities and poor attitude of inhabitants in this locality, it has had negative effects on how the water body could serve us. This have changed the natural colour of the river.
Some of the human activities that is destroying the river are

1. Throwing of solid waste materials like metals, clothes, waste food, and many others.
2. Animals drinking from the water body, their feaces, also destroying Amenesua dam.
3. Farming activities is also affecting the water body. Examples some farmers farm along the water body or river bank, irrigation are also cause the reduction in the volume of the water and this activity is killing acquatic animals.
4. Some building contractor fetch water from this same water body for their constructional work.

Teak timber is now serving Ghanaians so many purpose and is now highly demanded in Ghana.
