Pre cast concrete Drain Construction and Placing

Construction industry has various types of projects. All the structures like buildings, roads, water projects like cannels, dams & ponds like all are included to the construction industry. Road construction is also one of them. Under the road construction we have to do drains, culverts , retaining walls, random rubble masonry walls like lot of structures.

Cross drain Construction 👷🏾‍♀️
For the easy placing and construction of the structure, first cross drain constructed in pre cast concrete yard in our project. According to the design drawing reinforcement bars were placed and then create the suitable formwork for holding the fresh concrete with reinforcement structure. Then concrete was poured. Fresh concrete was produced by mixing plant. After transporting the fresh concrete concrete was placed. Formwork was removed after 24 hours. Then structure allows to curing the cross drain. After properly construction of the pre cast drain then curing was done to get strength of the concrete structure. Then structure transported to the site and start placing of the structure.
