I feel for Jesse Lingard - He wanted to leave but Ragnick didn't let him.
I was reading today that Donny van de Beek is in ten Hag's plans which could be interesting, especially if he can get him playing like he did at Ajax.
Exciting times at Man Utd - a lot of deadwood being removed already which bodes well for the new season.
Lingard shouldn't have gone back. That was the mistake he made. It made me question his motivation because he knew he couldn't break into that team. I'm glad he's gone now though.
If ETH can get Donny to play like he did, it would be sensational. I've always liked Donny.
I don't think it was Lingard's choice - I think that Lingard wanted to leave but was promised first team football. Then he definitely tried to leave in January but Ragnick wouldn't let him. It was very strange but it seems that Wreck-it Ralf just wanted to mess with him!
That'd be great but I didn't see much from him at Everton which was a great opportunity for him. I can't see him playing with Fernandes but we'll wait and see!
