INTRO
Hi everyone in WOX Sports community, I am David Alfred, a big fan of football and some major sports around the world. Today I have decided to stop by; so that we can discuss the English Premier League 2024/2025 season.
I am a Liverpool fan and supporter, of course I have been a fan for not so long, actually since 2019. That might not be an important information at the moment but I think it's actually crucial as to why I'm posting about Liverpool.
WHERE IS LIVERPOOL AT THE MOMENT?
Since the arrival of Agne Slott, Liverpool have been exceptionally good this season. With 6 Premier League wins and only one defeat, to Nottingham Forest. Today, after match day 7, Liverpool sit on top of the table with 18 pts, GD 11, we are actually topping the Premier League merchants, Manchester City and The Premier League bottlers, Arsenal... That being said let's move to the next part of the conversation.
DOES IT MEAN ANYTHING TO SIT ON TOP?
People are so used to asking this question, especially when you're comfortably defending your team in just 7 matches out of 38 total league games... If Liverpool can maintain this position till the end of the season then we will definitely be the winners of the league. Fortunately, Manchester City have lost key Players to injury and Arsenal are likely to bottle it again if they have the chance.
CONCLUSION
Most times people see the EPL as the most competitive league in Europe and the world at large, rating other leagues as, The Farmer's League. Funny enough the Premier League, for me, has been the real farmer's league with Manchester City dominating for 5 seasons. Banters aside, if any other team can win the league this season, it'll be a good thing for other competitors and also the Premier League fans.
