La flor de navidad luce fresca y reluciente. Su color rojo intenso combinado con cada parte de la flor la hace una planta atractiva para los insectos que se alimentan de néctar. Esta flor no se apaga tan fácilmente. No se mantiene viva solo en el mes de diciembre, ya estamos en febrero y miren lo hermosa que está.

Pasaba por un lado de los caminos de la montaña y observé un grupo de mariposas rondando y saltando de flor en flor. Una de ellas quedó cerquita de mi y aproveché para retratarla ¡Hermosa mi mariposa!

Las polillas son también insectos voladores, tienen tres pares de patas, las alas son pequeñas y tienen escamas. Las polillas son nocturnas, se diferencian de la mariposa por las antenas.
