I said this in summer 2017. I predicted a bear market by Feb 2018 to last until Feb 2019, then sideways motion. I'm expecting a parabolic run to start by the latter half of this year and not fully peak until Feb 2021.

BTW, I really don't believe that the planets actually do anything other than serve as a marker of time. It's like saying that the hour hand hitting the 5 on the clock face caused rush hour. Regardless, you'd be right 5/7ths of the time.
