The Demo takes place in start of the very game when cloud arrives to Mako reactor 1 along with Barret and rest of avalanche. The download should be around 7.5 GB something in that ballpark and then you can jump straight to the game. Sadly it doesn't include option for Japanese Audio, but i believe it will be available as separate download on release.
