Still why most of the young people feel frustrated? May be financial problems? May be family issues? May be love life?

So, did we ever tried to solve these? If I say I tried and failed that's not what is mean trying!! Trying means I am trying until I achieve what I want.

That's the thing we Bangladeshi lack of. We are the most talented people all over the world because we are trained from the moment we born in this country.

I am a trainer of Freelancing and career development and I'm doing this for the lady 2 years. Till date I've trained 3.5K people all over the world and the funny thing is I got only 300+ people from Bangladesh.

It's my fault that I can't reach out to the most of the Bangladeshi people where our population is nearly 180 million.

But why Bangladeshi people who have problems to find their passion, to find financial freedom didn't search for it? How the heck foreigners find me first place??

The reason is we actually never tried to improve ourselves. We want to be something and do nothing.

This is not a motivational post. But I see a lot of people in this group posts about their problems. A lot of people need help but they don't want to ask for help! Why man why?

If you're are guy or gal over 20 years old, and you need help to start earning, you need help to solve your family issues, you need help to be a better person why don't you ask!

Frustration, overthinking, depression will never solve our problems until we work for it. Laziness, adda, Love relationships will never get you to the point where you want to be. Now here's another funny problem. We don't even know what we want. But there are people to help with that too. There are HR managers who knows what's your potential and what career will be most suitable for you.

I can tell you what should be your idle general profession by talking with you. I can tell your potential by chatting with you for a few days. A monkey can't be a champion in swimming and not a fish can be successful in tee climbing. You must need to know what you're good at. And if you find it difficult to figure out, ask people. Ask your friends to tell you what is the best quality in you. We all have magical qualities, power and we just need to know about it. If you can't find answer from your friends ask virtual friends. Ask your family. If you're not satisfied with the answer then go for a mentor. Ask people who are good that hunting potentials.

My job is to let the people do a job who does it best. My potential is to see through your potential. Ask for help, be kind and InnShaAllah, I swear you'll get success in a very short time.

If you're religious, know that Allah the Almighty creator will never come down to tell you what you have to do. Rather Allah will arrange people to come in your life and tell you. That's how Allah guide us.

If you're logical person, know that if you ask for help kindly, the person will help you kindly. That's what it calls give n take.

If you're emotional, know that your emotion can take you higher. Because you already have the push in your heart.

Let's be a better person. Let's improve our lives and our country. It's our time now.
