Copper should have just died rather than defend himself
Apparently being hacked about the head with a machete is no excuse to use your Tazer, PC Stuart Outen has discovered. Solicitor Sophie Khan has called for the Copper to be disciplined for defending himself against Muhammad Rodwan with, she considers, ‘excessive force’.
