My questions is, was it that there were no courtship process before marriage? I mean this is a mere testament that people marry without even knowing totally the people they're getting married to. It's totally shameful. Anyway the truth is there's been a paradox in the process of law due to this miss understanding, in my opinion Richard Tumushabe should go to jail for deception.
