UH-OH- Trump Doesn't Understand Vaccines

The only real uniformed I don't know nothing about vaccines here is you. I haven't seen only but the part you've shown but it's pretty obvious that Trump's leading them to explain how vaccines's help, which the scientist goes on to explain about anti bodies. The second question was an excellent question as it would be the first question anybody would ask in a crisis situation where they is no known cure or vaccine, the next question IS OBVIOUSLY what other tools are in the tool box that could help....considering vaccines boost the immune system it's completely logical to address whether boosting immune systems by vaccination would help the bodies defense mechanisms, that's a totally logical question....which the scientist can't conclusively say no they just respond probably not, a probably not isn't the same as saying absolutely not only but in your mind evidently.

Here's the problem when it comes to finding a vaccine for the corona viruses. In a typical influenza vaccine a killed or lab grown synthetic version of the virus is used in vaccines to boost the bodies immune system into being able to fight off the virus, there's no problem when it comes to using the killed/lab version when the live version of the virus enters the body. In corona virus that doesn't hold true, when a killed/lab version is tested up against the live version in mice sever respiratory infections and pneumonia happen, that's why they can't use a typical vaccine method. There was all sorts of talk when this virus first hit China that the reason behind the severity shown in China is because people said China's been vaccinating their people with a corona vaccine using a killed/lab virus....but seeing how it's affecting others across the world in it's ability to produce unexplained severe respiratory illness and pneumonia in populations that wouldn't have gotten any Chinese corona virus vaccine if China had one that debate isn't appearing to hold much weight. What scientist are looking at is ways to destroy the corona virus S spike protein factor that is enabling it to attach itself to the lungs and flourish.

Interesting enough though given this virus corona being more virulent than the Sars or Mers corona virus and the "unexplained" key factor the CDC has added to it's list, this somewhat adds a new twist to theories, it wouldn't be that the Chinese would have been vaccinating with some killed/lab virus that made the virus more virulent, but that does not eliminate the possibility of experimental lab testing that perhaps one of these experimental viruses escaped somehow from a lab....the interesting part of that equation comes from some within the scientific community that they now do not feel they can rule out with certainty that this virus did not originate in a lab setting. They don't feel this would have come about in a bio-weaponry lab, that's not what they are trying to say, what they are saying is they cannot rule out this came about from work on viruses in a lab setting. Nothing at this point is conclusive so people can take that bit of information with whatever grain of salt they'd like.
