I think anytime people feel they will have earlier access to move things the way they want it probably would be a positive thing. However I personally am looking long term, so if anything I will be adding and holding to buying steem, steem power, NFT etc. Aloha from Hawaii
Everything in crypto is a long term perspective and we have already passed the speculative stage like in 2017.
Actually it has been done before... In November 2016, HF16, power down period was reduced from 104 weeks (2 years) to 13 weeks (3 months and change)
Not to a 4 weeks period I believe.

I think it will be better if the powerdown time frame is reduced from 13 weeks to 4 weeks. Thank you for the video.

stay with 13 week power downs i say, quicker you can withdraw could mean quicker price fall?
I don't believe it will impact the price and Steem-Engine tribes have already implemented a 4 weeks power down and is working great.
I agree with what you say.
I think 4 weeks is better. It may don't change a lot, but it will be better to try it. The fact that 19 million steem power voted on it. More steemians this way want it. That's why propossals are created. It just should be implemented or why we need those proposals so.
You forget to mention freedom control over 10 million steem power. The actual SPS is very centralized and not many people use it.
