Visit to San Agustin community / update #99
Hello dear friends, after a week without updates on the Puppets in the Community project, I was visiting the community of San Agustín, a popular neighborhood where I will be conducting the puppet workshop in the community.
Currently I am making some changes in the project, in these days I will give you the date in which the workshop will begin, it was supposed to begin this week but due to problems to collect the final goal I will not be able to begin in the date foreseen for this week.
However, I am studying the possibility of starting with the resources I have been able to collect in order to attract new collaborators.
The only drawback is that by starting the workshop with a budget of only $300, there is not enough money to buy all the materials needed to work with 50 children.
I hope this will work and attract collaborators who can verify the status of the workshop and what I need to continue. It would be very sad to start a workshop with materials that will quickly run out, this would demotivate the children who I am sure will be very excited to continue in the project.
