Cooking Thai food in Germany because we miss the warmth of Southeast Asia

Thai food is popular internationally so it was easy to get a green curry paste and coconut milk.

Making the curry from scratch would be more challenging though as it's not easy go find fresh ingredients like kaffir lime

We also just have to be more creative and use some local ingredient it's fresher.

We used mushrooms and princess beans as substitute to the Asian veggies.
