HitBTC have no withdraws for popular coins - is it the next mtgox?

I wonder what is the matter with HitBTC? There are a lot of coins this moment that people cannot withdraw, especially recently popular coins like digibyte, siacoin, SmartCash and so on.

I think decentralized exchanges are very important for the development of crypto and there must be found a way to punish those crypto-dictators for their actions. I for myself cannot buy a coin i want to buy cause i not plan to deposit money for long term on an exchange. Shame on HitBTC!
