We apologize to al the investors who are experiencing technical issues with HitBTC. There is an account created by HitBTC for DEPOTWALLET holders to send coins to their HitBTC accounts. However, this account is accompanied by a Payment ID that identifies individual investors.

The importance of this payment ID is that if separates investor X from investor Y. Each investor has a unique ID. Having said that, there are investors that sent their coins without a payment ID and these investors coins are not matched because HitBTC does not know who the coin belongs to.

This has created a backlog in matching individuals and the coins being deposited. HitBTC promised us that they will fix the errors. Until then we ask for your patience.
