haha! this isn't one of those humor type stories Butterfly! lol. I haven't found any so far.
If I tried to be funny in this story people would think I was heartless.
It was brutal. there is good news in the next post though. I don't think it's that sad yet though, nobody has died even. The sad part is that the mother thinks she lost her two sons, well, and the father too. That had to be torturous but she gets good news soon so that's mostly assuaged.
I don't think you were around when I did a pole of my readers asking what they'd like me to tell a story about next and gave several choices including being captured by the Indians. So guess which one everyone wanted to hear about? This one. ALL requests, and I got alot of them, were for this story.
No, I wasn't around when you did the pole but I am glad that you are doing this story. I will just have to try not to cringe. : )

Well I'm flattered that you're reading it and I wouldn't be telling it if it didn't eventually have a good ending because I hate stories that don't have good endings. lol. too depressing and we have enough depressing things going on. emotionally some of it is hard to take though. so good to hear from you! I assume that things are much better since all that snow stopped?

Howdy Butterfly! yes I'm doing great thank you. Although it's supposed to be unseasonably cool here the next few days with temps in the 50's!!! oh no! lol. It's been so nice here, really enjoying it so far because it hasn't gotten hot yet.
When will you go into the parks or wherever and start getting pictures of insects and butterflys and such?

I will be looking for insects and butterflies as soon as it gets warm here. It is still below freezing at night and very cold and windy during the day.
dang where do you live anyway, the North Pole??? jeez. don't tell me, I know I'm not supposed to know. lol.

I feel like I live at the North Pole! It is 42 right now and boy was it windy today, but the sun finally came out so that made me happy. I bet you are having perfect weather, right?
