Such an impressive story, being Dutch this war and everything that lead up to it is a big part of our History and being taught in detail in school. It's crazy to realize this has happened quite recently considering how far we already were in the development of our modern civilization
Yes I can imagine that you probably have a lot of interesting history too :) I know it was the only thing I actually learned in school that was interesting...it's so crazy how recent it was and the tragedy it caused
It does still feel very fresh...only very recently that the overall feeling of hate towards the German people has faded away...
