We actually checked one out that had been converted, about two years ago. I was located on about 60 acres . It had some serious issues though, where they had improperly attached another house portion to it and destroyed portions of the original walls. Along with some very costly septic issue and mold remediation issues, it kinda ruled it out of our price range. They are indeed quaint though, if done right.
