Sabaton

Recently, a friend of mine introduced me to a band called Sabaton, out of Sweden. While my friend knows I am a huge history buff, he neglected to tell me that this metal band based all their music on history(specifically military history). And let me tell you, I have fallen in love with this band. What amazes me is how specific these guys can get with some of their songs. From songs about both World Wars, the 300 Spartans, and the Winged Hussars from Poland to the last stand of the Samurai and much more. If you like history and metal, definitely give these guys a listen.
