📷 Museum relics on the borders of the Russian state
Hello, Steemians! Hi, friends! Today we will go to the Museum named after Felitsyn again and look at interesting exhibits from the past.
Beautiful cherkeska immediately attracted our attention. This single-breasted coat without collar, was in many men in the Caucasus.
Was here a vessel for storage and transportation of mercury, which was in the form of ferocous and was called "semob-kuzacha".
Below, the stone seals with the image of John the Baptist. These exhibits date back to the X-XII century, and found them on the Taman Peninsula.
My attention was also drawn to the commemorative medals of the Novgorod Prince Rurik, as well as the medal of Prince Yaropolk Svyatoslavovich. Saw here and iron sword with silver details of the sheath (the end of the VIII century), which was found near the village of Moldovanovka.
You will find here and bells and even a variety of lapel bronze plaques Dating from the X–XII century.
And how many kinds of pots, jugs. It is strange that after so many centuries, they are so well preserved.
There were also ladies ' jewelry, such as this temporal ring made of amber. Of course, the work is rough, but these beads were made more than a Millennium ago.
Bracelets and rings have survived quite well, they are made of bronze and glass.
And below you will see an unusual clay plate with irrigation, Dating from the XII century.
Such clothing, I think many are familiar with. In such dresses with aprons were still our great-grandmothers. Close to clothes is authentic old believe the gospel.
In addition to weapons and other unique exhibits, there were many miniature busts of outstanding people.
Where else can you see this today?
In each showcase there were many drawings, which depict soldiers with different types of weapons.
And here you will see a Turkish flintlock gun, a soldier's gun, model 1809, and the Georgian saber, Dating back to the XVIII century.
It's good that you can see it all in person.
Of course, I will not show everything, I just wanted to draw your attention to the memorable items, and a little lift the veil to the past.
Have a nice tour, friends and my regular followers :-)
Thank you for Your attention and Your visit. I appreciate Your feedback and comments.
