- Compared to the British ambassador Edgar Vincent d'Unnon, Reichskanzler Joseph Wirth (center) threatens with the resignation of his government if the sanctions of the Allies against Dusseldorf, Duisburg and Ruhrort are not canceled.
- Hundreds of sports enthusiasts participate in the competition "Swimming through Berlin".
