Copie HK of Nuremberg

Here is a copy of Hans Krauwinckel of Nuremberg of a token of the "Chambre des Comptes"
This counter have been engraving by Hans Krauwinckel (2) who was working during the years 1586-1635
So has there is the H of the King Henri IV this token should have been strike between 1595 and 1611.
On the reverse : OPPORTVNIVS Hercule and the Centaurius
