One of the most ancient historical church in Philippines that you must visit.

As an architecture student, I have a lot of knowledge when it comes to it. But I’m still learning and still searching for those I didn’t. So let us explore and know the history of this famous cathedral of Baguio City. 

Our Lady of the Atonement Cathedral, better known as Baguio Cathedral, it is a Roman Catholic cathedral that is located at Cathedral Loop to Session Road in The Summer Capital Baguio  City Philippines.   <

The site where this cathedral stands was a hill. In 1907 Catholic mission established this and they called it “Mountain of Mary” The construction of this cathedral was begun 97 years ago and completed 81 years ago. It has a distinctive pink façade with a twin square belfries and a rose window and pyramidal roofs. It also has a very large courtyard where you can view the Session Road and the entire city of Baguio.
