Extreme power is only sought for when there is evil intent, it has been proven in the history of man as several vindictive and punitive Rulers had ruled supreme with their various acts imprinted in the history of civilization since the days past and the present.
In Summary below are some selected vicious and most powerful ruler dead and alive;
5. General Sani Abacha(20th Sept 1943- 8th June 1998)- Nigeria
A military regime is always reign of terror on both the Army and the Civilians. This is the De facto president of Nigeria from 1993 - 1998 when he was murdered! He was an avid human right abuse ruler, he fueled international controversy by hanging of Ken-Saro-wiwa, jailing of Gen. Olusegun Obasanjo and Moshood Abiola for Treason and the banishment and treason charges of Professor Wole Soyinka.
As listed in the year 2004 as the fourth most corrupt leaders in history, he stole 5 Billion British Pounds from the Nigerian account- The biggest embezzlement in the History of the West African Giant popularly referred to as "The Source of money not in Existence". Department of Justice in the US revealed a frozen $458 Million illegally owned by the Abacha's family.
4. GENERAL IDI AMIN DADA (1928 - 2003)- UGANDA
A ruthless Leader with an estimated number of people killed during his regime totaling 100, 000 to 500, 000 as declared by an international observer. The theme of his reign were corruption, persecutions, nepotism, extrajudicial killings, political repression and several human right abuses.
This and many more reasons made Britain broke Diplomatic relations with Uganda in the year 1977 during Idi Amin's 1971-1979 terror military rule.
3. MUAMMAR GADDAFI(1942-2011)- LIBYA
Colonel Gaddafi as popularly called was the Prime Minister and the Brotherly leader and Guide of the Revolution of Libya, a dictatorship as internationally known and an authoritarian that violates several human rights of the citizens of Libya. Allegedly condemned as one of the financing leaders of terrorism Globally.
In 2011, a corruption and low standard of living protest ravaged the country which escalated into civil war that involved NATO Military intervention, which never stopped the National Transitional Council (NTC) of overthrowing the Government and killing Col.Gaddafi after he was captured.
2. THE KIM DYNASTY- NORTH KOREA
A looming Nuclear threat to the neighboring country and the threat of WWIII, Kim-Jong-un is following the Bloodline's mischief.
This is a ruing family of an hereditary totalitarian Stalinist Regime as described by Express News in the United Kingdom.
From the founding fore-fathers to Kim Jong-il, passed down to Kim Jong-un; the ruling power in North Korea has been transitory- The country posing threat to the US Military prowess and imposing it's readiness for war with several missile lunch(Nuclear Threats) to surrounding countries.
Kim il-Sung, the first president and supreme leader of the North Korean Republic to Kim Jong-Il the accused who prolonged famine that killed between 1994-1998 over three Million Koreans, a crime claimed to be similar to the holocaust. The strict ruling control of this family had been tagged "Worst since Nazi's" as labelled by a United Nations investigator.
1. ADOLF HITLER(20TH APRIL 1889 - 30TH APRIL 1945)- GERMANY
Topping the list is the leader of the Nazi Party. The renowned mastermind of WWII and the Holocaust, the most notorious since the days of Emperor Nero of Rome- The Killer of early Christians. Details of how Hitler rose to such power and prominence is of less significance to the crimes committed against Humanity and History!
400, 000 Jewish folks killed, children burnt and boiled for Glue to save bullets, the Holocaust still makes many shed tears till present days. The Nazi's crime stretched from drowning their victims, to using poisonous gasses, beating and property seizures. Killing this people for their political and their Racial/Religious differences(Gypsies and Jews) is considered one of the greatest crimes against humanity.
This are extremely powerful Dictators who ruled and still ruling, selected to cut Across Africa, Europe and Asia. Many of this leaders are dead but their crimes could not be easily erased from the history books!

Why do i not see any american leader here? Obama for example who murderes about 90% civilians with his drowns or Bush who lied the public into an illegal war. Both of them are guilty commiting war crimes and caused millions of deaths.
