RE: Mindful Mondays Episode #2 - Was Hitler a Hero? (sorry for the delay!)

in #history8 years ago

Wow as someone who grew up in the US, went to public school, took German, traveled to several famous concentration camps, and felt he was fairly well educated on the topic.....following the evidence you present really does boggle the mind. Reading the captions of his speech (Don't understand much German anymore) completely ruptured the understanding I have been programmed to know since I could understand language.

I see little value in perpetuating hate and especially violence on any human; even these mofia thugs. Unfortunately this subject matter quickly seems to create conflict and can only be approached with the up most caution and consciousness to one's limits. In my opinion Hitler's mistakes can be the greatest lessons we can learn from to actually bring back sustainable liberty and freedom for the world. My assessment is they (who ever has such power to totally control the majority of perception of the world) defeated Hitler (Physically and Cognitively) because he centralized resistance, gave them a focused target, and last but not least he resorted to war to fight evil; war is only evil so you can't fight evil with evil or everyone is left with nothing but evil and if you were the self proclaimed leader who lost then ultimately you will be the patsy.

I got my fill for sadness and anger for today. Will have to focus on many positive things now to balance this out.
