Charles, who gained political integrity in France, began preparations to occupy Italy. Charles first agreed with Britain and Austria to remain neutral in the Italian war. And Charles gave loads of money to England and Austria. Later, Charles created a very powerful army. Charles conquered Florence and Napoli. But this time the Italians created an army. And Charles lost the war against the Italian army. And Charles left all his treasure on the battlefield. That's why Charles returned to France. And Charles wanted to create an army from scratch. But the French economy could not meet the needs of this army. That's why Charles gave up his idea of ​​creating an army.
