Ivan Vasilyevich

Ivan Vasilyevich was born in 1440. Ivan was the ruler of Russia in 1462.

Ivan is a highly successful ruler. Ivan expanded the territory of Russia. Ivan attacked Novgorod first, and Ivan conquered Novgorod. Ivan then attacked the Mongols. And Ivan defeated the Mongols. And thanks to Ivan, Russia became independent. Ivan seized the lands of many nobles, and Ivan strengthened central authority in Russia. Ivan has now formed a centralized state structure. Ivan tried to conquer Ukraine, under the control of Lithuania and Poland. Ivan has succeeded in conquering many important cities, though not all of Ukraine.

Ivan passed away in 1505.
