I. Svyatoslav was born in 942. Svyatoslav became the chief of the of Kiev in 945.

The svyatoslav been chief when only he was 3 years old . That is why the mother of Svyatoslav ruled the Principality of Kiev . Svyatoslav began to rule when he was 14 years old. In Svyatoslav he tried to prevent the strengthening of the Caspian state. So Svyatoslav attacked the Principality's under the control of the Khazars. Svyatoslav succeeded in these attacks.

Svyatoslav passed away in 972.
