Fengel was born in the middle earth of Tolkien in 2870 of the third age. Fengel became the king of Rohan in 2903. But Fengel is a rather unsuccessful king. Fengel ruled Rohan quite badly. That is why many Rohan commanders started a rebellion against Fengel. Fengel suppressed these revolts. But the people of Rohan continued to live restlessly. Fengel passed away in 2953 of the age of three.
