Edgar Atheling

Edgar Atheling was born in 1050. Upon the death of Harold on the battlefield in 1066, Edgar declared himself king of England.

But at that time the whole of England was occupied by Norman. And the British lords did not really trust Edgar. Edgar tried to fight against Normanlar. But Edgar lost those wars. And in particular, Edgar, who could not find support from the people of England, resigned in 1067.

Edgar began life in his own farm in 1067. And Edgar died in 1126.
