Hello friends, I want to share experiences that have to do with one of the four A, physical activity.

The theme of the educational project: Rescuing traditional games, which aims to rescue the traditional games of the town, to learn about the culture and history of the city and therefore of Ecuador.
Playing is important, because through the game we have fun, we make friends, we take care of our physical health,intellectual and social; this has been transmitted from generation to generation from parents to children; it is transmitted verbally and helps to develop many skills and abilities, that is, it has many benefits so that it continues to play and does not disappear.
Well I want to share a traditional game, the race of the bagged.

Theme: Bagging race
Materials: a jute bag
Objective: to develop balance, speed, gross motor skills.
Participants: 33 students
Development :: The children in a jute bag go out at the command voice or a whistle cross a distance of thirty meters jumping or walking without losing balance, the fastest until they reach the distance and must cross the goal that can be a line drawn with a chalk or paint. After that they return making a variation that can be the transfer of the king or queen and reach the starting signal. Win the person or groups that met the established rules.

Conclusion. This game can be done at times of family gatherings, among friends, in school, cultural and social activities.
