Which things that Germany benefit from Hitler

After Germany defeat in WWI, the Treaty of Versailles wrecked Germany. So many people lost jobs, the money was valueless, etc.

No one loved Germany as much as Hitler. I do admit that the Treaty of Versailles was not fair. And Hitler wanted emphasize that.

The Autobahn

The Autobahn might’ve been an idea during the late stages of the Weimar period. But Adolf Hitler deserves some credit for it. The creation of the Autobahn put over 100,000 German to work.

An additional 230,000+ Germans got jobs to work in the factories to provide the materials for the Autobahn. Since Adolf Hitler’s seize of power, the economy was getting better and better. Within 3 years, Germany became the world leader in economy.

Adolf Hitler promoted German nature and environmental laws. More jobs were created by building parks for the German people.

Animal Laws

Germany was one of the first countries to enable animal rights laws and ban animal vivisection. In Germany, animals were to NOT be treated as property.

Banning Human Zoos

Germany was the first European country to ban human zoos. Yes, it is ironic as Germany also built thousands of camps for humans.

Germany became the world leader in economy. People were getting more jobs, and the hyper inflation just “went away.” Whoever produced these flags definitely made some money. Besides that, the country went into rearmament. This gave millions of jobs and the economy eventually was decades ahead of the rest of the world’s.

Anti-Smoking Campaign

After Nazis came to power, they discovered how unhealthy cigarettes really were. Keep in mind, this was in the 30’s. The time when everyone else thought of no negative effects of smoking. Hitler found out nicotine is addicting. Cigarettes weren’t entirely banned. However, Hitler strongly discouraged pregnant woman to smoke, and even banned smoking in public places. And today, we have designated smoking places. All thanks to Hitler. That sounded wrong…

Paid Vacation

This is debatable. But after Hitler came to power, Germans were getting jobs. With those jobs, came benefits. Such as a paid vacation. Hitler believed that Germans were entitled to paid vacations. This boosted morale.

Adolf Hitler Day

In 1939, it was Adolf Hitler’s 50th birthday. The Nazis made it into a national holiday until 1944. On this day, German citizens with low income were given an additional 20 Reichsmarks.

Work Force

Hitler encouraged women to leave the work force to be stay at home mothers, while the men would go to work. This made things more balanced. More men would get jobs, and women would become mothers. Hitler would even reward women who had multiple children with medals and financial assistance.

1936 Olympics

The 1936 Olympics were hosted by Nazi Germany in Berlin. Adolf Hitler was there, who also gave autographs. These were the first Olympics to be televised worldwide. The lighting of the torch ceremony was invented by the Nazis as well. Now, the tradition is still around.

Hitler controlled the costs of healthcare. With Nazis in power, insurance companies had to report single payers to the Nazis. Healthcare wasn’t free, but the costs were so controllable that Germany became the world leader in healthcare. Economy helped play in that role.
