Notes from the past

I've spent the day clearing out old papers and stuff from boxes in my mother-in-law's garage. Large bits of my past have headed to the incinerator. It feels really good.

I found page after page of stuff like this. I have no idea what it all means except there was a time when my job was to go to stupid meetings to decide what other people should do and talk about high-level stuff like Culture and draw clouds and balloons.

That's not who I am any more. And the evidence will be burned.
