I am curious about what Steemit thinks these structures are.

The logical explanations from me are:

1. anomaly with Google Earth image collection, or some form of artifacting.
2. A series of scientific devices for collecting data of some kind.

Seems like it is a 13x14 point grid of some kind.
It is approximately 70 miles square.
There are points in the grid with missing structures.

I have no clue what these structures are, I am just asking.
