Thank you! The majority of photos taken during the war were still in black and white, but between 1942 and 1945, British and American photographers managed to snap around 3,000 color images. The photos that survived became part of the IWM archives in 1949.
wow its surprising there are even any at all ! And they look really good for back then ! Its fantastic for us to see today !! And for generations to come ! 👍👍👍
