Follow the money. Those in an "industry" have the best financial motive to keep something going.
If NASA is receiving $52 million a day then they require full accountability.
When you watch the Senate review with NASA, NASA avoid measurable targets and the current goal = Mars. Why not perfect human landings on the moon? Test building structures there? Grow food etc.
Something isn't right but trying to find out what it is becomes circular with alot of questions but few answers.
