Citrus fruits are also important components in perfumery and I would like to tell you about this. Very often citrus fragrances are called heeside, so I'll start with mythology. In the Greek legends, the Hesperides were the daughters of the night and the evening star, who guarded the garden with the magic apples of eternal youth. These apples were nothing more than ordinary oranges. The Hesperides were also sometimes called the daughters of Atlanta, that is, another name for Atlantis. According to legend, when Hera married Zeus, Gaia gave her these magic apples, which Hera planted in a garden near Atlanta, where he and Zeus spent their first wedding night, which lasted 300 years.

Arabs began to immediately cultivate them in Spain and Sicily.
