There is also a theory the the term Buckleys and None comes from the department store 'Buckley's and Nunn' as in the positive advertising sense - that it there range was so big you only had two chances of finding something if you went to Buckley's and Nunn. Buckley's and Nunn is now the David Jones stores on either side of Bourke Street.

Did the store just use a existing saying, or did it come from them? Who knows....
