Aceh Tsunami Museum History of the World Disaster
Located 1 kilometer from Baiturahman Mosque of Banda Aceh, Aceh Tsunami Museum is a marker of how great memories tsunami swept Aceh on 26 December 2004. Visiting this museum is like passing in the hallway memory of Aceh when the tsunami struck Aceh. Located adjacent to the cemetery complex of the Dutch army, war victims in Aceh, Peutjut Kherkoff, Aceh Tsunami Museum are also dealing directly with the Blang Padang. Museum designed by architect Ridwan Kamil seasoned M stands with an area of 2,500 square meters. With a long, curved walls in geometric reliefs, 4 floored, Tsunami Museum designed by the name of "Rumoh Aceh Escape Hill".
The top floor or third floor contains media learning (education) in the form of a library as well as several educational panels and props. Visitors can enjoy an interesting learning with media 4D (four-dimensional). There are many benefits of learning in a time of disaster again present at our place.
